You can cancel any time up to 13 September 2027, from your account or by a plain email to support@cuckoo.rent. Did the annual plan just renew? You can still end it at any time, free of charge — the unused remainder is refunded pro rata.

I expressly request that performance begins during the 14-day withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that if I withdraw I pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided — and that once the contract is fully performed, the right of withdrawal lapses.
